My approach

Analytical psychology & individual therapy

“In the last analysis, every psychotherapist not only has his own method — he himself is that method.”
— C. G. Jung, The Practice of Psychotherapy

My approach draws on Jungian psychology while integrating contemporary perspectives. Since the beginning of my career in psychology, I have constantly sought to deepen my understanding of the human experience through the study of literature and philosophy, blending science and the humanities.

I firmly believe that each individual is unique, and the therapeutic process must be tailored to each person, taking into account both the conscious and unconscious dimensions of the psyche. Jungian psychology allows me to guide my patients in exploring their unconscious, revealing the psychological complexes that influence their daily lives.

Each session becomes an opportunity for active psychological education, where the patient is an active participant in their own healing. Together, we walk the path of healing and individuation — the process by which each person fully realises themselves by resolving their inner conflicts.

Through this process, I aim to foster a transformation that goes beyond simply treating symptoms, guiding you toward a deeper understanding of yourself and lasting fulfilment.

My values

What guides my practice

Transparency

Transparency is at the heart of my practice. I foster open and honest communication to build trust. I clearly explain each step of the therapeutic process, empowering patients to actively participate in their healing.

Knowledge

Knowledge is the foundation of all lasting transformation. Drawing on solid theoretical principles and a deep understanding of psychological dynamics, I help my patients develop genuine self-knowledge.

Autonomy

Autonomy is at the core of the therapeutic ethics I practise. I believe the therapist's role is to guide without directing, providing patients with the tools and resources they need to become the agents of their own healing.

Vincent really helped me through a small existential crisis and a period of unease… putting words to things, taking stock, finding solutions to move forward. Vincent was a great support with a caring approach based on dialogue. It suited me perfectly — I highly recommend him!

Going through one of the most difficult times in my personal life, I felt the need to be supported by a specialist. Taking the leap was not easy, but I do not regret it for a second! Vincent is a particularly professional therapist. He is truly attentive and understanding. I felt at ease and confident with him from the very first minutes.

I consulted for short-term therapy triggered by severe anxiety and addictions. He was very attentive and incredibly knowledgeable on the subject. I learnt a great deal about myself and was able to resolve my difficulties quickly. I recommend him without hesitation.

Very happy with Vincent's support over the past months. I fully recommend him.

A simple and logical approach by Vincent. Gentleness is also part of the experience. I recommend 100%.

Frequently asked questions

Your Questions

Psychotherapy is a dialogue-based process between you and a mental health professional, designed to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions and behaviours. It enables you to overcome personal challenges and improve your overall well-being.

Jungian psychology, developed by Carl Gustav Jung, stands out for its deep exploration of the unconscious and the forces that shape our psyche. I chose this approach because it allows us to uncover hidden aspects of ourselves, leading to lasting inner transformation. In parallel, philosophy brings reflection on the great existential questions. By combining these two disciplines, I help you address your challenges with a broader perspective.

During the first session, we will discuss your current concerns, personal history and therapeutic goals. This allows us to develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs. Each session typically lasts between 50 and 60 minutes, although this may vary depending on the situation.

The duration of treatment depends on your goals and the progress you make. Some people see improvements within a few months, while others prefer longer-term support. We will regularly review your progress together.

You can address a wide range of topics, such as depression, anxiety, existential crises, relationship conflicts, emotional management and life transitions.
